Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS, Fedex, or USPS
Customers can receive free shipping with orders of $60.00 and more at subtotal (not including shipping cost).
To receive free shipping you must enter "ship4free" under coupons at checkout.
Free shipping only applies to UPS Ground Service. All other shipping request (ie. Next Day Air) will be charged the difference in cost.
Clearance Items are not elegibale for FREE shipping offer. Only $60.00+ on regular priced items may receive free shipping.
Orders of $59.99 and less may not receive free shipping.
Free shipping does not apply to international orders

Orders placed by 12pm EST(noon) Mon-Fri for items in stock will ship same day. Orders after 12pm EST may not ship until following business day, due to shippers pickup schedule.

UnbridledEquine.com. We will not sell this data or otherwise make it available

decoded when it gets to us. Your credit card number is never transmitted by
email or any unencrypted format. We have been able to find no instances of
security compromises using Yahoo Store's software, which is employed by many
other leading online stores. Of course, there is always a danger that
unscrupulous people will find a way to obtain credit card numbers, but with
UnbridledEquine.com you are safer than if you used your credit card in a store

Returns / Exchange Policy
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
Here’s how we handle exchanges for items originally purchased from our
UnbridledEquine.com web site.
MUST BE RETURNED TO
US WITHIN 30 DAYS
Our inventory turns over extremely quickly, so we can not guarantee that we will
have the item that you desire upon the receipt of the item that you are
returning! Therefore, please follow the steps below to receive the item you
would like.
1. Send an email to
Info@UnbridledEquine.com requesting a return authorization number and the
desired items for exchange. Please provide us with your original order number.
We will email you with a Return Authorization number, please clearly write the
Return Authorization number on the side of the package that you are sending
back.
2. Place a copy of the “exchange” receipt in the box and mail to:

3. Upon the receipt of your original order and a copy of the “exchange” receipt,
we will email you with a new invoice of the "exchanged" items and the shipping
charges. You must complete this checkout to have your new items ship.
PLEASE NOTE: Products will be accepted back if they meet ALL of the
conditions listed below:
1) The initial purchase was made through our www.UnbridledEquine.com web site.
2) The merchandise is returned to us within 30 days of the original purchase.
3) The product is in 'UNUSED' condition.
PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the
customer. A trackable and insured shipping method is strongly recommended, as we
will not be responsible for merchandise that has not reached our facility.
Terms and Conditions
All merchandise returned and found to be used is destroyed and no refund or
exchange is issued. All merchandise without its original packing or tags will be
be charge a 20% restocking fee.
All Horse Clothing: No returns or exchanges on Horse Clothing.
Western Boots: There will be a $15.00 restocking fee for all western boots
returned for a refund. Original Boot Box must be returned UNmarked and UNdamaged.
Additional $5.00 will be charged for any Marked or boxes that Can't be used.
Riding Boots: Can be tried on the carpet and can be returned for an exchange or
refund. Used boots with mud or wrinkles are destroyed and no refund will be
issued. Any damage to the boot box will incur a 20 percent restocking fee.
Saddles and Harness Sets: American made saddles will have a $50.00 restocking
fee. All other saddles and harness sets returned for a refund will have a $20
restocking fee applied to the refund. Other items purchased through our website
returned without packing materials and tags will be charged a 20% restocking
fee. You can return items for a store credit and the restocking fee will be
waived.
